No Volleyball Activity until April 30th

March 21, 2020 Update -

Wanted to reach out to everyone in the Gulf Coast Region and let each of you know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Please know that our first priority is each and every member and their families saftey, health and welfare. This past Thursday USA Volleyball extended the no activity date to April 30th. As we face additional weeks of postponement and cancellation of club events and activities as well as Gulf Coast region events and activities please note that there is a wealth of resources on USA Volleyball's website to help guide families through these times of uncertain scheduling, https://www.teamusa.org/USA-Volleyball/Features/USA-Volleyball-Response-on-Coronavirus. Be sure to review the Family Resource page on the link provided to gain additional insight into discussion items about COVID-19 and updated timeframe. On the Family Resource page you can find skill drills to work on at home with your player(s). USA Volleyball website www.teamusa.org/USA-Volleyball also has a skill drill section as does UTube under "Volleyball drills to practice at Home".

The Gulf Coast Region will continue to monitor local, state and national government authorities as they issue updates and announcements. These communications are very important in protecting our volleyball community as well as the families of our communities.
