Beach Coaches
Coaches will come to tournament headquarters the day of the tournament to sign in to receive a wristband. Each coach must have Proof of the following:
- USAV Membership
- Impact or higher certification
- Safe Sport.
- Coaches must sign up to coach at the tournament by May 3rd. Click Here

Canopy tents restrictions
- Nothing more that 10x10 tents can be set up on the beach.
- Can't leave tents up overnight.
- Tents can not be set up past the south line of courts. (closest to the Gulf of Mexico) That is a vehicle beach emergency line. You will have to move your tent if you set up a tent pass this line.

Parking will be tough with local contruction going on at the beach. Save time and don't carry all your beach chairs, umbrella, and/or canopy tent to the beach. Rent everything you need! Very affordable and they set it daily for you.

All teams registering in "Open" will compete for "Open Division" Bids to the National Beach Tour Junior Championships.
Girls' Teams registering in "USA" will compete for "American Division" Bids to the National Beach Tour Junior Championships.
All team entry fees include two all session player entry credentials to the NCAA Collegiate Beach Championships...May 3-5, 2024

Friday, May 3rd: Open Division Girls 18u, 16u, 14u, 12u & Boys All ages
2:00 pm – Player Meeting
2:30 pm – Open Division Girls 18u, 16u, 14u, 12u age divisions Pool Play begins. Also, Open Boys 18u, 16u, 14u age divisions Pool Play begins
Saturday, May 4th: Open Division Girls (all ages) (AM); Open Division Boys and USA Division (PM)
7:30 am – Player Meeting: Our short BeachFest rules session will be posted to all teams on Thursday as the schedule is released on the Gulf Coast Region website home page
8:00 am – Open Division Girls 18u, 16u, 14u, 12u Pool Play continues,
1:00 pm – Open Division Girls 18u, 16u, 14u, 12u Pool Play concludes
2:00 pm – Player Meeting
2:30 pm – Open Division Boys (all ages) plus USA Division (all ages) Pool Play begins
7:30 pm – Pool Play concludes for all PM Waves
Sunday, May 5th: Open Division All Girls (AM);
Open Division Boys and USA Division (Begins later AM)

DRESS CODE/ATTIRE: All athletes are REQUIRED to wear a top, for girls it must cover your midsection when standing, and bottoms such as spandex, shorts or leggings. No bikinis will be permitted for any team. For boys it must be a tank top or t-shirt that covers the midsection when standing, and bottoms such as board shorts, athletic shorts. No brief type swim trunks.
